Promo Team Director

The ideal candidate has excellent organization skills and loves working with people in a variety of situations and settings. You must be equally comfortable working with adults and children. We are looking for someone who is active, energetic, and enthusiastic. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in modelling and public relations. You must be available evenings and weekends to attend events including but not limited to: charity fundraisers, happy hour events, after parties and all other Lancaster Lightning promotional events. You will also be responsible for selecting members of the promo team.

Sales Director

We are seeking a motivated, experienced sales director to make sales in the areas of corporate sponsorships and ticket packages. You must have phenomenal communication and relationship building skills. A love for and understanding of football is preferred but not necessary. Income potential is unlimited.
