Lightning Partners With Garcia's Sports Institute

The Lancaster Lightning would like to announce our partnership with Garcia Sports Institute. A Lancaster native, Rich Garcia has made a name for himself as an up and coming sport specific athletic trainer. Rich's skill and experience has earned him a contract with the Philadelphia Soul as their strength and speed coordinator.

We are happy to work with Rich and his proven methods for success. Rich has been training athletes since 2002 and has organized camps, combines, and speaking events around the country.
